Ning and James have been serving many clients with their real estate needs in the greater Chicago Land area since the year of 2000.  The company’s mission is to help clients succeed in real estate transactions and achieve their financial goals.  Whether it is  selling, buying or leasing, whether it is residential, commercial or rental properties, whether it is in Naperville,  Chicago, Lisle, Westmont, Downers Grove, Darien, Woodridge, Aurora, or any of the surrounding cities and neighborhoods, Ning and James are committed to provide service with dedication, efficiency, and experience.

Ning graduated with a master’s degree in business management from Michigan State University prior working as a senior project manager for eight years at the University of Chicago. Through years of corporate experience, she gained a vast reservoir of knowledge and skills in client relationship, business management, and leadership skills in a diversified environment.  This knowledge and experience is the foundation for Ning’s distinctive style of client service in today’s ever changing real estate business.  Ning believes that every seller or buyer is different and unique and each deserves special attention and dedication from a real estate professional in a particular real estate transaction.

James graduated with a MBA degree in finance from Michigan State University and joined the financial management teams as senior financial analyst at the University of Chicago and Chicago Park District for ten years prior taking on the challenges in mortgage and real estate business.  His years of experience and strong financial knowledge have been an instrumental and key factor in many clients’ successful real estate transactions.  Resource, knowledge, and assistance are three criteria in James’ client service model.
